No one pen or pencil will do all the marking jobs we need them to. The blue marker will stay on until it is washed off. Just don't iron the fabric after it is marked or the mark will become permanent. The pink ones will air dry, so are perfect for quick sewing jobs. The white pen leaves a line on dark fabrics and will iron off after quilting is done .
